My computer made me go crazy!

Last two days my computer went crazy. I cannot surf on the net, when i typed an address in the address bar, it will just loads but bring me a white screen, no error and no image. I thought it was my ISP provider's fault. I just turned off the PC expecting that when i opened it, it will be back to normal, lucky me but it wont. I tried all the process that can make my internet work but none of them are successful. I checked the laptop and i was amaze that it was working! no problems on surfing or whatsoever. I decided to reformat my computer, my OS is windows XP and i reformatted it to vista and it was working again, but the problem comes. I only hav 8 GB partition only for the OS and vista eats 7 GB, i dont have enough space for other programs to install. I decided to repartition my HD using the " norton partition manager ", When i insert the cd it says that " this software is available only for xp " or something like that, cant remember what exactly that was written. Upon reading that i decided to install XP first then repartition then install vista again.

Installation of XP was done, i run the partition manager and it gave my first hard disks " BAD" i was confused because it was working properly and when i click my partitions i can transfer data or rename a file. I decided to copy my files to my second hard disks which takes 5 long hours. When it was finished i started formatting my first hard disk but it cannot be reformatted because the OS were in the HD. I format the HD using the XP CD and installed the XP again.

XP installed, rebooting and then when it starts it gave me a "NTLDR missing" "press ctrl alt del" I panic! i restarted it many times but give me the same msg. Tried removing the cables and installing them again but no luck. My last option was to install a vista and see if it works. When finished it was working and didn't gave me NTLDR, I havent repartation my HD yet so i need to install XP again. And when i installed XP it was working fine. I repartition my HD and it was working fine. Now the transferring of files comes. Again it will take me 5 long hours but when it was about 70 % the transferring hangs up. I fell asleep and when i woke up it is still my pc has been shutdown. I turned it on and see if my files are correctly transfered. When i click my second hard disks, it gives me an error something like i cannot access. I am so mad because some of my important files were losts. I cannot do anything to make rescue my files. I decided to reformat my 2nd HD using the vista cd and installed the vista. It was working fine again. Then i installed the necessary softwares, my last install was yahoo messenger. After installation i run the yahoo and signed-in but it gives me an error message "messenger encounter an error try again later " Then again i thought it was globe. I opened my laptop again and in my laptop i can signed-in but in my desktop i cant. I searched the web and found out that reinstalling the OS may fix the problem. I reinstall vista again. And when i installed yahoo it gave me an error yet again. Then i decided to research more and i found out the fix to my problem.

Lesson learned: Research more before doing something.

My ISP is globe 512 kbps wireless but downloading only at 5kb - 20kb in XP and when i transfered to vista happily downloading from 17kb - 55 sometimes it takes me to 100kb but it was 3 -5 am."
