Globe in olongapo crew sucks.

First of all i am not saying that all globe broadband sucks in fact i am happy with them, they have consistent data and i am happy with my speed because it does not change. Well my problem is the crew not the Globelines.

I am a smart bro user before i change to globelines, first i am not satisfied with smartbro within the first 3 months because once a week they cut my connection and when i call the customer support they said that my current base station is upgrading. And when i heard that PLDT is coming to olongapo i immediately apply for one. But unluckily my current location is not available for installation first they have to survey it and install some cabinets, so i asked when will it be available they said that they will call me. I waited for 3 months but no one called. And then finally! Globelines broadband reached olongapo " wired". So i immediately go to Globelines here in olongapo. I talked to this employee named Jom so i asked him a few question, like what is the available plan for my area, how much it costs, does it have hidden taxes? "based on the forum i searched" And the most important question i asked is " how much does relocation or transfer of location costs?" and i was shocked when he said that they are free " we do not charge for relocation sir" thats what he said, because i am just renting a house so i had to asked that question. I recommend it to my father because there is no charge on relocation so he went to globe and confirm if there are no charge, the employee said that its free. When he confirmed it, he applied too.

I am very confident that even if i move from house to house globe wont charge me any relocation, when i heard what he said i immediately apply for one. But sadly he said that installation for globe broadband takes 2-3 weeks, so i said its okay my smart has not been cut off yet, I will just terminate it when globelines installed their connection. And when the 10th day comes I went to globe to update my application, they said it hasnt been approved. So i waited again finally the 15th day comes, i was so sure that my connection will be install that day, but it hasn't. So ath the 16th i went to the globelines to asked for my application they said that its okay now. They are just waiting for the equipment. I just waited for globe to come to my home finally at the 28th day they installed my connection and its fast and i like the speed. I went to smart that morning to cut off my connection.

4 months later, I had to move to a different house because i found one that low costs than this one i am renting with. I will moved on February 21 2008. It was last week of january, cant remember the date though, i went to globelines to asked for a reloaction, Jom was still the employee, He said that i will have to fill up some papers for the reloaction and bring some id and clear my bills. I said that i dont have the id now i will come back later. 1st week of february, i came back to globe to apply for a relocation. Jom was not there instead i talked to a new employee named "Ron", I said i will apply for a relocation, he asked me a couple questions and when he found out that my current connection is wired and the one that i will moved on is wireless no wired yet. He said that its not possible to downgrade the connection because i was on wired and i will go down to wireless. I asked how about from wireless to wired, he said its okay because it was an upgrade but the downgrade said that he is not sure he will just asked his area manager for the info. I asked how much will it costs me if my area has a wired connection? he said " there are no charge sir " I went home confused, So i decided to call the customer care hotline. I asked what are the rules for relocation and i was so shocked when i heard that i have to pay P1800+ for the relocation, so i argue with the customer care because the employee here said its free.

Next morning i went to globelines and i found jom in there so i asked him again is it possible to change my connection from wired to wireless? he answered yes and he give me the papers that i have to fill up. I said that i would not apply yet because im so confused, so he asked why? i said i went here yesterday but you were not here i was to apply my relocation when this ron said that its not possible to change my plan from wired to wireless. He was also shocked! he said that ron doesnt fully know the rules of relocation " Can you believe that? they let they employee work and does not even know the rules? Sucks " And i asked how many working days would occur? He said 15 days because they will have to requests equipment first. So i said that i have to reconfirmed it first. I went home and call the customer care again and asked if downgrade is possible, And i was shocked again when they said yes its possible from wired - wireless or wireless -wired. I went to globelines again, to reconfirmed about the downgrade, luckily i found ron so i asked him is it possible to change my account? he said " no, it is really not possible, if you want sire you can terminate your current account and apply for a wireless" But are there no fees for relocation? i asked then he said there are no charges sir. Then i said " you know i call the customer support and they said that they allow upgrade or even downgrade" He still insist that its not possible! so to end the conversation he said that he will just inquire it again. I havent told jom and ron that i called the customer support and asked if there are any fees regarding the relocation. And i called the customer support again, i asked what are the " REAL RULES OF RELOCATION " because the customer support here gives me false information! the customer care apologizes to me and explained me what i need to know. So I went to globe lines No jom or ron in the globelines, so i asked this new faced employee, I asked him about the relocation and he said that its possible to downgrade i just have to clear my bill. "So basically ron is giving false information" So i said i will apply now and i asked how many working days? he said its 15 days sir, I said that i will apply now so the days will count and then when i moved only a couple of days before my connection installed, But he said it was not possible, So i asked the hell why? He said that it will have to be 3 days before i moved, I asked again why? he never answered instead he said you would have to call customer support to assists you, " Rude, is this the kind of employee you hire for your business? " He went inside the office, so i went home and forgot to asked his name.

Next morning, I went to globelines again!!!! I found the employee yesterday that was rude, he never look me into the eye, i was staring at him, then this new employee named gamy asked what is my concern, so i said I will transfer my connection, how much does it costs? He said the no charge, i asked again is it possible for my account to downgrade? he said yes its possible. Then I asked how many working days? he said 15. I asked where is jom and ron he said that they are on the field. I asked him again to clarify things, How much does relocation costs? then he said again its no charge. I was mad and i said to him i went here many times just asking for this stupid relocation! I called the customer care and said that it has a charge and it costs P1800+!!! I subscribe to globe because the agent said that i dont have to pay for my relcation! and then now what? it has hidden charges as well? why does you give false information to your subscribers? I went here many times just to clarify things it costs me just going to your center! He apologizes and said that he didnt know that it has charges as well. he said that he will asked his area manager if there are charges or none. I asked when i will come back? he said monday february 16.

February 16 i went to globe again, and it was close because the globelines are moving to a new location, how sutpid! giving me the date to come and then it was closed? so i went home again. February 18 2 days before i moved i went to globe again to their new location. I was accompanied by this girl employee, I said i will have to relocate my connection, he gets my name and address and the new address. And then the most stupid questioned i asked again, how much will it costs me? she said 550.00, And then i said i called the customer care and they said that it was 1800+, she said that she will confirmed first, so she went to their office, after a couple of minutes she came out, she has this papers and asked me to fill-up the form and i asked i said i how much will it costs? P1800+ sir.

Globelines crew are giving false information, i even reported it to the customer care.
